Free 3-minute sleep assessment

A kinder way through the nights, with a real person beside you.

Thirteen questions give you the first page of a written plan for your baby's age and the way she falls asleep. For fourteen days a certified sleep coach reads what you log each night and replies every morning.

Tamara Wilkins

Your coach · Certified Nurse & Pediatric Sleep Consultant

Reads every family’s night. Replies every morning.

What you get

Three things, and they work together.

A written plan for your baby

Fourteen nights, page by page. Bedtime, wake windows, naps and night feeds set for your baby's exact month, and a script for every night.

The app that runs it

Tonight's step on one screen. Log bedtime, wakes and mornings in two taps. Your plan, your timer and your coach in one place, on your phone.

A coach who reads your nights

Your coach reads what you logged and replies every morning for fourteen days. Not a chatbot. A named, certified person who knows your baby's plan.

Who writes it, who reads it

Written by certified consultants. Read by one every morning.

The plan follows American Academy of Pediatrics safe-sleep guidance. Your coach follows your baby.

Every family is matched with one coach from the team. She reads your plan before your first night, and reads your log and replies every morning.

How it works

Tonight has a plan. Tomorrow morning has a coach.

  1. 1

    Take the assessment

Thirteen questions, about 3 minutes. Your baby's age, how she falls asleep, what you've tried, and how you want to handle crying.

  2. 2

    Read your plan tonight

You see the first page straight away. Buy the plan and the rest arrives the same day, in the app and as a PDF, with tonight's step already picked out.

  3. 3

    Hear from your coach tomorrow

Log how the night went. Your coach has read it and replied by the morning, and keeps doing that every day of your coach week.

The plan

Not a template. A document with your baby's name on page one.

Every plan is assembled from the same tested chapters, chosen and filled in for your baby. Here is what's inside.

  • Why your baby is waking, in plain words
  • Before you start: the four commitments
  • What you're replacing in the first three nights
  • Your baby's day: wake windows, naps, bedtime, feeds
  • The bedtime routine, step by step
  • Your method, and exactly what to do at each wake
  • Night by night: all fourteen nights scripted
  • Night wakings and feeds for this age
  • Mornings and early waking
  • Naps, from day seven
  • What to expect, and when to message your coach
  • Troubleshooting for this age
  • What's next, and how to keep it
  • Safe sleep, and a night tracker

Built around your child

Every family is different. So is every plan.

There is no single right way to help a baby sleep. Some parents want to stay in the room and go slowly. Some would rather get through it in a few harder nights. Both are in the plan, and the assessment asks you which one you can live with.

It also asks how old your baby is, how she falls asleep now, what you've already tried, and what your mornings look like. The plan you get is chosen and filled in from those answers, so the document is put together for your baby, not handed out from one fixed template.

Age
Wake windows, naps and night feeds set for the exact month.
How she falls asleep
Fed, rocked, held or with a dummy: a page on replacing just that.
Your comfort with crying
A stay-close approach or a leave-and-check approach. Your call.
What you've tried
So the plan doesn't repeat what already didn't work.

The app

Tonight's step, two-tap logging, and your coach in your pocket.

Tonight

One screen. What to do at bedtime and at each wake, for the night you're on.

Log

Bedtime, wakes, mornings. Two taps each. Your coach reads it in the morning.

Coach

A message thread with your coach. She reads every family's night and replies every morning.

Works on any phone from the browser. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. Nothing to download.

Sleep camp

Fourteen days, a small group, and your coach every morning.

For families who want more than a week of support. A group of up to 10 families starts together, with four live group calls and your coach reading every family's log every day of the 14.

Why we do this

Babies who sleep. Parents who feel like themselves again.

Sleep advice is everywhere and most of it is either a rigid programme or a shrug. We wanted the thing in between: a clear written plan for one specific baby, and a real person who reads how last night went and tells you what to do tonight.

That's the whole idea. A plan you can hold. A person beside you.

Every plan follows safe-sleep guidance.

Back to sleep, a firm flat surface, nothing in the cot, no weighted sleepwear, no inclined sleepers, and no formal sleep training under 4 months. These are the American Academy of Pediatrics' guidelines, and nothing in any plan changes them.

Common questions

What age is this for?

Plans are written for babies from 4 to 24 months. The assessment accepts any age, and tells you honestly if a plan isn't right yet.

My baby is under four months. Can I still use this?

We don't sell a plan under 4 months, because formal sleep training isn't recommended that early. You'll get a free foundations page for newborn sleep, a free place in the app's newborn room, and a note from us when your baby is old enough.

Is this cry-it-out?

Only if you choose it. The assessment asks how you want to handle crying. Stay-close plans keep you in the room and go gradually. Leave-and-check plans use timed check-ins. You pick, and the plan is written for that choice.

What happens after the fourteen days with my coach?

The plan and the app are yours to keep. Your coach thread closes at the end of your coach week. If you want more time with a coach, that's what the camp is for.

What does it cost?

The plan is $97, one payment. That includes the written plan, fourteen days of messaging with your coach, and the app for as long as you want it. The camp is separate and optional.

Do I need to download an app?

No. It runs in your phone's browser. Add it to your home screen and it opens like any other app, with tonight's step ready.
